As the dedicated department for all post-purchase matters, we kindly ask that all claims and related concerns be directed to our team to ensure they are properly reviewed and handled.
While our store team is always happy to help in-store guests, they are unable to process or assist with claims, medical reimbursements, or warranty matters. Our Claims Department carefully reviews each submission, including medical records, invoices, and warranty documentation, to make sure everything is evaluated thoroughly and efficiently.
Following the proper submission steps allows us to provide you with the most accurate and timely assistance possible. The Petland Pembroke Pines Claims Department operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
